In case the product you bought is defective or differs from what you saw on the site, either in the image or in its description, you can return it within 14 days from the day of receipt.
Our company will refund the total cost of the product. Payments are made through bank. To activate the return process, you must first send an email to [email protected] to inform us.
Once we receive the product, evaluate it and see that it is in good condition, we will replace it or return the money to your account. Changes must be accompanied by proof of purchase of the product.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, and our company does not bear any responsibility in case the jewelry breaks for any reason, unless this has happened during transport.
